Mark Glenn is an accomplished Information Technology executive and United States Army Veteran with over 34 years of dedicated public service. Throughout his distinguished career, spanning both federal and state government sectors, Mark has built a reputation for driving mission-critical technology initiatives, leading high-performing teams, and bridging the gap between complex IT infrastructure and strategic business goals.

Mark began his journey of service in 1989 as a Telecommunications Center Specialist in the U.S. Army during the Desert Storm era, highlighted by an international assignment at the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) in Mons, Belgium. Following his honorable active-duty service, he transitioned to the VA Puget Sound Health Care System in Seattle. From 1996 onward, Mark served the citizens of Washington State across multiple critical agencies, including the University of Washington School of Medicine, the Department of Social & Health Services, and the Department of Early Learning. He capped off his stellar public sector career with a 14-year tenure at the Washington Military Department, where he served with distinction as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Information Technology Director.

A proud alumnus of the University of Washington, Mark holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from UW Tacoma - academic foundations that heavily influence his collaborative, community-focused leadership style.

In early 2026, Mark concluded his decorated chapter in traditional public administration to transition into full-time entrepreneurship. As the owner and principal of Mark Glenn Technology Solutions, he now channels his vast enterprise IT expertise, CRM integration knowledge, and security-minded leadership directly into helping small businesses and community organizations build robust, scalable technology infrastructure.
